For as long as I can remember, I have had issues with my weight and size. In fact, over the course of my adult life I have yo yo’d up and down from a size 10 to a size 22 and back again. Weight wise, this has meant gaining and losing almost 20 stone altogether!! During this time I had tried every diet going but despite losing over 5 stone twice before I have never been able to maintain my weight for more than a few months. You can see from my photo what I looked like, but in fact I am not at my heaviest in this photo, there are no photos of me at my heaviest as I ducked out of all attempts at being photographed!
So how did I end up looking like I do in my new photo and running my own weight loss business? Simple, I found something that works and I want to share it with as many people as possible. I lost too much of my life to being overweight. Events that I wouldn’t go to because I couldn’t find clothes to fit me, nights out I refused to go on because I felt too fat and ugly and new experiences that I turned down because I thought I was too fat to deserve any opportunities.
So how did I end up looking like I do in my new photo and running my own weight loss business? Simple, I found something that works and I want to share it with as many people as possible. Shopping trips would end up with me crying in the changing room followed by a McDonald’s to comfort me and cheer me up. Sound familiar?
My life now couldn’t be more different! I have maintained being a size 10 for almost two years now and I have helped and supported lots of clients achieve their weight loss goals to.
